Availability, scope and pricing are agreed in writing, per engagement.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or a confidentiality obligation. Please do not send confidential or personal information about third parties through it — describe the problem, and we will put an NDA in place before you share anything sensitive.

The content, design and code of this site belong to Mutasim AI Labs FZCO. Product names referenced here, including AqariOne and Meezam One, are ours. Third-party names are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
