What this website collects
One thing: the contact form. If you submit it, we receive the three fields you filled in —
- your name;
- your email address;
- the description of what you are trying to change.
Alongside those we record the time the enquiry was sent, the page it was sent from, and which language version of the site you used — so that we can answer in order and reply in the language you wrote in. We do not record your IP address, your browser, or your location.
Nothing else on this site collects personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no third-party scripts. The page loads no resources from any other domain.
Why we use it, and for how long
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation. The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell, rent or share it, and we do not use it to build a marketing list without asking you separately.
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Email hello@mautasim.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Where your data goes
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in Western Europe and are read by our team in Dubai. Cloudflare processes them on our instructions only, as our hosting and storage provider. Where a notification of your enquiry is additionally emailed to us, our mail provider processes it on the same basis. We will name our processors on request.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
